Selectek is partnering with a firm based in Indianapolis, IN to hire a Bridge Project Manager on a permanent hire basis.

Location: Indianapolis, IN Expected Pay Range: $115,000- $145,000 annual base
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00-5:00.
Job Description
Develop and manage bridge projects from concept through final delivery with minimal oversight
Lead and provide quality control for bridge design computations, quantities, cost estimates, reports, specifications, and plans
Plan, prepare for, and facilitate project meetings, including agendas and meeting minutes
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, agencies, and project stakeholders
Coordinate closely with roadway, drainage, environmental, survey, utility, and construction professionals
Support proposal development, fee estimates, contract preparation, and project budgeting
Participate in bridge inspections, load ratings, data entry, and reporting, and provide repair or replacement recommendations
Develop and refine internal design tools, calculation templates, and standard practices
Mentor and support junior engineers, interns, and co-op students In addition to these requirements, candidates must be eligible to work in the United States as Selectek is unable to provide sponsorship or work visa documentation.
Required:
Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering
Engineer in Training (EIT) certification or Professional Engineer (PE) license
6+ years of experience in bridge design and/or bridge project management
Experience with LEAP Conspan, Merlin-Dash, and Bridge Rating (BrR) software
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Valid drivers license and ability to safely traverse uneven terrain and job sites
Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
