The Broker Assistant will support Brokers with all job functions to learn the industry, business, and job responsibilities necessary for future growth as a Broker. Serving as in intermediary between the Retailer and the Insurance Company, they market, identify, solicit, and arrange appropriate insurance coverage for clients.
