Job Summary:
Under moderate supervision, the Broker Clerical II performs advanced administrative and operational functions that support the organization's broker services and employee benefits operations. This position is responsible for processing broker and licensed agent agreements, commission adjustments, broker of record changes, acquisitions, revenue reporting, direct deposit setup, monthly reporting, and other specialized administrative functions.
The Broker Clerical II independently manages complex work assignments while maintaining a high level of accuracy, organization, and confidentiality. This role serves as an operational resource for the department by assisting with escalated issues, supporting leadership initiatives, identifying process improvement opportunities, and providing day-to-day guidance to team members.
The Broker Clerical II demonstrates strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills while exercising sound judgment and maintaining autonomy in daily responsibilities
