Marketing Brokerage Coordinator- Houston Galleria Area A commercial real estate company located in the Galleria is seeking a Marketing Brokerage Coordinator to add to their team. This company offers an outstanding work culture, wonderful team environment, and strong reputation. Candidates MUST have a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience working for a commercial real estate company as well as proficient experience with Adobe InDesign. Candidates without commercial real estate experience will not be considered.  Job Duties Include:
  • Scheduling and calendaring
  • Creating presentations
  • Preparing proposals and Powerpoints 
  • Assist team with business development 
  • Assist with market surveys
  • Creating marketing materials (flyers, e-mail blasts, mailers)
  • Light administrative work
