Brokerage Services Coordinator
Position Overview
The Brokerage Services Coordinator plays a critical role in supporting our sales professionals across customer service, marketing, and transactional functions while managing multiple complex projects and competing deadlines. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced commercial real estate environment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, advanced technical proficiency, and possess either an active real estate license or be actively pursuing licensure. Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM EST (Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1 day remote)
