Basketball, Customer Support/Service, On Call, Operational Support, Sales, Team Player
- Serve as an on-call team member providing operational and event support during peak times.
- Operate registers efficiently and deliver excellent customer service.
- Assist with Cub Club rewards, phones, and general store support.
- Support major campus events including Welcome Week, Graduation, Family Weekend, Be Belmont Day, BruinDen, Sidewalk Sales, and seasonal/break coverage.
- Work assigned men's and women's basketball games alongside a student leader
Basketball shifts are typically ~3 hours and may range from late morning to evening (approximately 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM), depending on game times.
- Fill in shifts as needed when student workers call out and provide critical coverage support.
- Maintain flexible, on-call availability based on team needs.
- Demonstrate reliability, responsiveness, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Serve as a priority candidate for standard student worker roles, with opportunity for expanded hours and increased responsibility based on performance.
