What You’ll Do

• Deliver thoughtful, confident, and friendly service from start to finish
  
  
• Navigate the flow of service with precision—timing, pacing, and presence
  
  
• Guide guests through menus, specials, and wine/cocktail pairings with ease
  
  
• Communicate guest preferences, allergies, and special occasions clearly with the team
  
  
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen, bar, and FOH team to ensure seamless execution
  
  
• Upsell with authenticity and attentiveness—never pressure
  
  
• Create memorable experiences that bring guests back
  
  

What You Bring

• Minimum 2 years of recent serving experience in a full-service or upscale casual restaurant
  
  
• A strong sense of timing, attention to detail, and guest awareness
  
  
• Calm under pressure, polished without pretense
  
  
• Confident with tableside service and knowledgeable about food, wine, and cocktails
  
  
• Available evenings, weekends, and holidays
  
  
• Team-first mindset—humble, reliable, and ready to grow
