BSA Due Diligence Position
Seeking experienced compliance professional for a BSA Due Diligence position. Bilingual Korean preferred.
Job Description
Conduct enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. Analyze and assess customer profiles, transactions, and activities to identify potential risks. Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records for all EDD reviews. Collaborate with internal teams to address compliance-related queries and resolve discrepancies. Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to strengthen the compliance program. Stay updated on regulations and industry trends to ensure alignment with best practices. Provide training and guidance to team members on EDD processes and requirements. Support audits and regulatory examinations by providing necessary documentation and responses.

The Successful Applicant
A successful BSA EDD should have experience with enhanced due diligence processes and regulatory compliance in the Financial Services industry. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail to assess customer profiles and transactions. Knowledge of relevant regulations and industry standards in Risk & Compliance. Excellent communication skills for report preparation and team collaboration. Proficiency with compliance systems and tools. Ability to stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry.
