The Role

You'll sit at the intersection of investment operations and platform development for a wealth management platform serving institutional and retail clients across the full trading lifecycle - from construction and rebalancing through execution and reporting.

What You'll Do

Partner with Portfolio Managers and Financial Advisors to deliver new features and customizations across digital tools, client reporting, and automations
Gather requirements, build user stories, and drive testing through implementation
Translate data requirements into actionable development tasks for engineering teams

What We're Looking For

5+ years in Business Systems Analysis, Solutions Architecture, or similar
Investment management domain experience — SMA background a strong plus
End-to-end trading lifecycle fluency: construction, optimization, trade modeling, rebalancing
Experience across upstream/downstream systems: OMS, Analytics, Accounting, Reporting
Strong SQL; cloud fluency in AWS (Lambda, S3, microservices, CI/CD)
Agile/Jira
