Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Evenings OnlyLocation: Fayetteville, GACompensation: Competitive hourly rate + $5 premium for evening shiftsSchedule: Evenings only; part-time

Job Purpose:The RBT is a key member of our clinical team, providing one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in-home and community-based environments. This role requires compassion, high energy, and the ability to engage children in individualized behavioral plans. Clinical leaders provide training and supervision to ensure success and professional growth.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior plans for clients.

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy using techniques such as discrete trial training, reinforcement, shaping, chaining, and social skills training.

• Enter accurate electronic data promptly.

• Provide feedback and collaborate with clinical leadership.

• Maintain RBT certification and supervision hours.

• Ensure client and staff safety, follow health protocols.

• Participate in additional duties as assigned.

• Punctuality, reliability, and attendance

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• RBT certification (preferred)

• Experience in ABA therapy (preferred)

• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance

• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
