Bucket Operator

Looking to work outdoors, use your skills, and get paid well for it? Herrington Tree Care is hiring an experienced Bucket Operator to join our growing tree crew. We're offering, great pay, steady work, and a company that invests in its people.

What You'll Do:

• Operate and drive a bucket truck
• Take down trees safely and skillfully, cutting sections and lowering them with ropes
• Run saws, chippers, and other equipment
• Keep your crew safe and communicate clearly on every job
• Leave each job site clean and ready for the customer

What We're Looking For:

• Tree climbing experience (SRT, DRT, or spurless) is a plus
• Bucket Truck operation
• Proper Pruning techniques
• Residential Climbing is a plus
• Comfortable running chainsaws, ropes, and rigging gear
• Strong work ethic and a focus on safety
• Team player with good communication
• CDL is a plus
