MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE OF THE CANNABIS PLANT!  NOT JUST A LONGTIME SMOKER!

Core Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of the Plant:  Must know cannabinoids and understand terpenes, at a minimum to be considered.   
  • Passion for Cannabis Education: A genuine interest in helping people understand cannabis.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven track record in providing excellent customer service in a retail setting.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self Motivated: A highly self-motivated and ethical individual.
  • Social Media Presence:  Willing to participate in creating social media content.  Posting and sharing social media content.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor.
  • Schedule Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, evenings, AND holidays as needed.
  • Math Skills: Intermediate-level math skills for accurate register management.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in using computers and related software.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations: Assisting with various operational tasks such as keeping the store and breakroom clean.  Keeping merchandise up to date in display cases and other varies duties.

Additional Information:
  • Age: Must be at least 21 years old due to state regulations.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma.  College credits preferably.
  • Standing and Walking: Frequent standing and walking throughout the workday.
  • Technology: Proficiency in using electronic payment systems.
  • Background Check: Successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE WORKING IN A DISPENSARY PERFERRED.
