Tasks include:Prepare, maintain, and review budget reports, spreadsheets, and records.Research records and tabulate information as required.Analyze and project departmental revenue and expenditures to estimate year-end condition.Prepare statistical reports and other materials regarding costs, labor, revenues, expenditures, projections, and budget variances.Provide departments with support in budget maintenance and analysis by:Communicating with departments to coordinate efforts, exchange information, and provide assistance regarding financial reports and policies.Monitoring approved budget versus actual revenue and expenditure variances.Monitoring and analyzing cash flow of funds to ensure adequate balances for current and future obligations.Identifying necessary budget changes and adjustments to meet current operating situations.Assisting with implementing corrective actions to ensure compliance with approved allocations and prevent overexpenditures.Participate in management studies, Lean Six Sigma projects, or other assignments by:Identifying and reviewing current processes and/or procedures.Performing financial analysis to identify costs and efficiencies.Compiling recommendations for process improvement.Perform other related duties as required and notify supervisor of situations or issues that could affect expected results, recommending appropriate solutions or options.#J-18808-Ljbffr
