$33.65 – $39.01 per hour

Position Overview
The Budget Analyst supports the financial health of the organization by leading budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and grant-related financial activities. This role partners with leadership to support strategic decision-making and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
- Lead annual budgeting process
- Conduct variance analysis and financial monitoring
- Prepare financial reports and dashboards
- Support grant budgeting and compliance
- Assist with capital planning and financial modeling
- Support audits and strategic financial initiatives
- Train staff on budgeting processes
What You Bring
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of budgeting/financial analysis experience
- Strong Excel and financial systems experience
- Valid CA Driver’s License
Preferred:
- Nonprofit or behavioral health experience
- Grant funding and compliance knowledge
Work Environment
Office-based role with computer use; occasional lifting up to 25 lbs; possible driving.
Compensation & Benefits
- $33.65 – $39.01 per hour (non-exempt)
