OverviewIn this role you will provide full-spectrum Budget Analyst support to the B-1 Program Office within the US Air Force Life Cycle Management Center at Tinker AFB, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.Essential Job FunctionsProvide financial management support in the areas of financial analysis, cost estimating, and program integration.Assist the F/B Directorate Chief Financial Officer and the entire F/B PEO portfolio.Keep senior management informed of program progress and advise of significant financial developments that could impact the mission.Apply expertise in financial management guidance/regulations, including FMR 7000.14R; AFI 65-601 Vol. 1, Budget Guidance & Procedures; AFI 65-601 Vol. 2, Budget Management for Operations; AFI 65-508, Cost Analysis Guidance and Procedures; AFMAN 65-604, Appropriations Symbols and Budget Codes; and GAO Fiscal Principles of Federal Appropriation Law.Provide recommendations, identify program shortfalls, prepare below-threshold/above-threshold reprogramming packages, realignment requests, and policy guidance on all USAF appropriations.Perform daily verification of forecast accuracy in Web CCaRS.Maintain CCaRS user accounts and privileges, populate the system with account data, budget structures, custom reporting fields, coordination workflows, and system settings.Sustain and administer the CCaRS application, including program planning, financial budgeting, tracking, reporting, and metrics evaluation.Ensure the CCaRS database is properly tailored and configured to meet Government requirements.Populate the requirements portion of the CCaRS database with existing source data (e.g., spreadsheets, hard‑copy documents) to establish a budget baseline and monitor the accuracy of Government organization data.Required SkillsU.S. citizenship is required.Secret security clearance.Educational and experience qualifications: High School Diploma plus 16 years of experience, Associate's degree plus 10 years, Bachelor's degree plus 8 years, or Master's degree plus 6 years.10 years of experience in the respective profession, with at least 5 years in the DoD.Proficiency in monitoring the flow of USAF funds via Congressional actions, program authorization, and budget authority using the USAF Congressional domain and AFM System.Proficiencies in the following financial systems and tools: MOCAS, GAFS, SMART, Project Management Resources Tools (PMRT), CRIS, ABSS, DTS, SDW, EDA, FMSuite, CCaR, and Web CCaR.#J-18808-Ljbffr
