Budget Manager Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and analytical Budget Manager to oversee the organization's budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. This individual will partner with leadership to develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and provide strategic insights that support informed business decisions.Key Responsibilities Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process across multiple departmentsDevelop and maintain financial models, budgets, and long‑range financial plansMonitor budget‑to‑actual performance and provide variance analysis and recommendationsPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for leadershipCollaborate with department leaders to ensure budgets align with organizational goalsAnalyze financial data, identify trends, and recommend cost‑saving initiativesSupport cash flow forecasting and expense management activitiesEstablish and improve budgeting processes, controls, and reporting proceduresAssist with month‑end and year‑end close processes as neededPresent financial findings and recommendations to senior managementQualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field5+ years of budgeting, financial planning, or corporate finance experienceStrong knowledge of budgeting principles, financial analysis, and forecasting methodologiesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modelingExperience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools (such as NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Oracle, SAP, or similar platforms)Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environmentPreferred Qualifications MBA, CPA, or CMA designation preferredExperience partnering with cross‑functional leadership teamsBackground in multi‑entity or multi‑department budgeting environmentsWhy Join Us?
