Job Summary: We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for interacting with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services and to handle and resolve complaints. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent required - Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening - Familiarity with CRM systems and practices - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters - Excellent communication and presentation skills Responsibilities: - Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat - Generate sales leads when possible - Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution - Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents Additional Requirements: - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Willingness to work a flexible schedule - Problem-solving skills - Team player with a positive attitude If you are a motivated individual with a passion for providing excellent customer service, we would love to have you on our team as a CSR.
