Requirements / Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED TO APPLY: Education • High School Diploma or Equivalent. College degree from an accredited college or university preferred, will consider equivalent work experience in lieu of Associate of Arts (AA) Degree or Bachelor's Degree. Experience • Two (2) years experience in financial record keeping and reporting involving manual, machine and computer accounting systems. • Experience in utilizing San Bernardino County financial system preferred. Experience in related areas will be considered. REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: • Proof of High School Graduation: Diploma or Equivalent (transcripts in lieu of certification/diploma ok) • Two Letters of Recommendation: Two letters, signed and dated within the last two years (Required) • Test Results: Test results are valid for 24 months. If you have previously passed the pre-employment test for this position, you must submit proof of your passing score with your application. Our District requires a complete application and that all materials to be considered as part of your application packet be submitted online with your application. An incomplete application will not be considered; all fields must be filled in. Please do not fax, e-mail or mail any required documents as they will not be accepted.
