Licensed Dispensary looking for Budtenders. Hourly base pay @ $18-21 / hour + individual tips (no tip sharing). Tips will be ranging from $10-30 an hour. If interested, please apply with a resume.
Responsibilities:
Welcome and engage with customers, providing exceptional service and guidance on our wide variety of products.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, products, and regulations to provide accurate information to customers.
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
Participate in marketing and promotional events to represent the brand and attract new customers.
Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Accurately process sales transactions and maintain inventory records.
Qualifications:
Must be 21 years of age or older.
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
Strong knowledge of cannabis strains, products, and consumption methods is a plus.
Must be reliable, punctual, and maintain a professional appearance.
