Budtender / Retail Sales Associate

Viridian Staffing’s (www.viridianstaffing.com) Client is looking for Budtenders to join a cannabis retail operation in Southeastern Massachusetts. This is a customer-facing position responsible for creating a welcoming retail experience while ensuring transactions are completed accurately and in accordance with company procedures and applicable Massachusetts cannabis regulations.

You will have the opportunity to assist customers, provide general product information, operate point-of-sale systems, verify identification, maintain an organized retail environment, and support inventory and other store operations as needed. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, learning about cannabis products, following detailed procedures, and providing excellent service to the customer base.

Your background should ideally include retail, hospitality, cannabis, or other customer-facing experience. Previous cannabis industry experience is preferred but not required. You should be dependable, detail-oriented, comfortable working as part of a team, and available to work a flexible retail schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. You must be at least 21 years of age and meet all requirements to obtain and maintain badging through the CCC in Massachusetts.
