Position Overview
You'll support the Store Manager and help lead execution--ticket times, accuracy, cleanliness, and a team that stays locked in.
What you'll do
- Lead shifts and keep stations running efficiently
- Coach the team on speed, accuracy, and food safety
- Help with opening/closing, counts, and basic cash handling
- Keep the expo/handoff area organized for pickup & delivery
What we're looking for
- Shift leadership experience preferred
- Calm under pressure and quick to problem-solve
- Strong communication and accountability
California-required benefits & protections (no extras)
- Paid sick leave (CA-required), workers' comp, UI/SDI, PFL (if eligible)
- Meal/rest breaks and overtime per CA requirements
