Lightstyle Orlando is expanding our Builder Sales Team, and we’re looking for a detail‑driven, mature, and highly organized Builder Sales Assistant to provide strong sales support and administrative coordination for our builder and designer partners. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, communicates professionally, and takes pride in accuracy, follow‑through, and polished service.

About the Role

As our Builder Sales Assistant, you will serve as the administrative backbone of the Builder Sales Team. You’ll handle data entry, order writing, project coordination, and communication with builders, designers, and lighting manufacturers. You’ll ensure all project details are accurate, organized, and moving forward smoothly.

This is a sales support/admin role, not a selling position — your strength is operational excellence, detail management, and professional communication.

What You’ll Do

• Provide daily sales support and administrative assistance to the Builder Sales Team

• Enter orders, quotes, and project details with high accuracy and speed

• Write and process purchase orders

• Communicate professionally with builders, designers, and lighting manufacturers

• Track order status, lead times, backorders, and delivery updates

• Maintain organized project files, documentation, and follow‑up tasks

• Assist with pricing, product research, specification checks, and vendor coordination

• Support the team with scheduling, confirmations, and project logistics

• Ensure all communication is effective, polite, mature, and professional

• Uphold Lightstyle’s brand standards and white‑glove service expectations

What You Bring

• Sales support or administrative experience in a fast‑paced environment

• Data entry experience with strong attention to detail

• Preferred: NetSuite or ERP experience

• Mature, polished communication skills — written and verbal

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized

• Comfort working with builders, designers, and vendor partners

• Strong follow‑through, reliability, and accountability

• Positive attitude and willingness to support the team wherever needed

Salary: $45,000 + commission
