Builder Sales Rep- FL Panhandle

We are seeking a Residential Builder Sales Representative (Flooring) to join our team in the Florida Panhandle! You will call on builders and professionals in the trade to present flooring materials. Maintaining and building the account base with support of a branch in the region. 

Current Openings: Florida Panhandle

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company flooring products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers (Residential builders and people in the trade) 
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in flooring sales, customer service, or other related fields (cabinetry, roofing, and/or other builder materials)
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (We use JD Edwards)
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Clean driving record and able to travel in the designated territory
