Builder Sales Representative_ Atlanta, GA

We are seeking a Residential Builder Sales Representative to join our team! You will call on production, new construction builders and professionals in the trade to present flooring materials. Maintaining and building the account base with management support.  We sell a variety of flooring products and have installation crews to service the sale.

Location: Norcross, GA 

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company flooring products and services to new and existing customers
• Prospect and contact potential customers (Residential builders and people in the trade, property managers/ multi family) 
• Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
• Create sales material to present to customers

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in flooring sales, customer service, or other related fields
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (We us RFMS)
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Clean driving record and able to travel in the designated territory
