ABOUT THE ROLE 

We are looking for a Builder Trainee to join our St. Louis Installation team. In this role you will install custom screen enclosures, patio covers, and aluminum framing systems for residential and commercial customers. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, enjoys building with precision, and wants to be part of a team that creates exceptional outdoor living spaces. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Stretch and secure screen materials and install hardware and fasteners according to specifications. 

• Perform adjustments, alignment checks, and operational testing to ensure proper system function. 

• Install screen enclosures, patio covers, aluminum framing systems, and related components at job sites. 

• Load, transport, unload, and stage installation materials and equipment. 

• Work collaboratively with installation team members to complete projects on schedule. 

• Provide guidance or assistance to helpers or junior installers when required. 

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 

• Previous construction, installation, or skilled trade experience preferred. 

• Experience with screen enclosures, aluminum framing, patio covers, or similar systems is an asset. 

• Ability to read and interpret measurements, plans, or installation drawings. 

• Proficiency using common construction tools and equipment. 

• Valid Driver's license & Work Vehicle are required
