Seeking a Building and Grounds Maintenance Technician with 8-10 years of experience to oversee preventative and reactive maintenance of properties and facilities.
This role involves conducting inspections, performing repairs (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, groundskeeping), and coordinating with vendors for HVAC, roofing, and landscaping.
Must be physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, operating maintenance tools and equipment, and working outdoors and indoors in various weather conditions.
Strong communication skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to respond to emergency hours are required.
