This field-based role is ideal for a self-starter who thrives on creating opportunities, building relationships, and closing business. Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by calling on mechanical contractors, general contractors, engineers, and end users
  • Sell HVAC and Building Automation (BAS/DDC) systems and service solutions
  • Generate opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field activity
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key accounts
  • Provide technical solutions tailored to customer needs
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
  • Prepare and present proposals aligned with project specifications
  • Follow up on bids and actively manage pipeline opportunities
  • Stay engaged with existing customers to maintain satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities
