Responsibilities
Drive new business by calling on mechanical contractors, general contractors, engineers, and end users
Sell HVAC and Building Automation (BAS/DDC) systems and service solutions
Generate opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field activity
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and key accounts
Provide technical solutions tailored to customer needs
Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
Prepare and present proposals aligned with project specifications
Follow up on bids and actively manage pipeline opportunities
Stay engaged with existing customers to maintain satisfaction and uncover additional opportunities
