O&G Industries, Inc., an innovative and diversified construction company based out of Torrington, CT, seeks experienced Building ConstructionProject Managers to join our growing team. For more than 100 years, O&G has delivered some of Connecticut's most notable construction projects, including K-12 schools, higher education facilities, municipal buildings, healthcare campuses, and commercial developments.

What You'll Do:
Lead and manage all phases of assigned construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout
Serve as the primary liaison with owners, architects, and engineers
Collaborate closely with jobsite Superintendents and field teams to meet schedule, budget, and quality expectations
Develop and maintain project schedules, identifying and managing the critical path
Manage project budgets, cost controls, subcontractor agreements, and change orders
Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, and company standards
Promote and uphold strong safety practices and regulatory compliance
Support the implementation of Lean construction principles to improve project efficiency
What We're Looking For:
B.S. degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
5–7 years of experience in a lead role on building construction projects
Experience managing projects in the $15M–$30M range
Strong understanding of construction drawings, specifications, contract documents, construction methods, and cost control
Ability to effectively coordinate project teams and maintain strong client relationships
Experience with Lean construction practices
Demonstrated commitment to safety (OSHA 10 required; OSHA 30 preferred)
