This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who takes pride in building projects from the ground up, thrives in a fast-paced construction environment, and is committed to delivering quality results safely and efficiently.

Successful candidates will possess strong leadership abilities, construction expertise, mechanical aptitude, and a willingness to lead by example.
This position requires extensive travel and a flexible schedule. Candidates should expect frequent overnight travel, extended stays away from home, and long workdays driven by project timelines. The ideal candidate adapts well to changing jobsite conditions, and enjoys the challenge of completing projects in a variety of locations.
