Industry: Building Automation | Service | HVAC Controls
BestLogic Staffing is seeking an experienced Building Controls Service Technician to maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Building Automation Systems for commercial facilities throughout Connecticut.
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair BAS/DDC systems.
Perform preventative maintenance.
Calibrate controllers, sensors, and field devices.
Troubleshoot communication networks.
Commission upgrades and expansions.
Train customers on system operation.
Document service activities.
Respond to emergency service calls when required.
Qualifications
3+ years of Building Automation experience.
Strong HVAC knowledge.
Experience troubleshooting DDC systems.
Customer service mindset.
Valid driver's license.
