Assist in managing maintenance supplies and staying within budget guidelines.
Requirements

3+ years of experience in commercial property maintenance preferred.Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, appliance repair, and general commercial maintenance.
Ability to diagnose and resolve maintenance issues efficiently, including in occupied tenant spaces.Familiarity with safety standards, OSHA guidelines, and applicable commercial building regulations.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with tenants, team members, clients, and vendors.Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
