Time: M-F 6am - 4pm

Required Qualifications

• 5–7 years of commercial building, facilities, or building engineering experience.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent technical education.
• Broad working knowledge of commercial building systems.
• Experience with HVAC, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot building equipment and systems.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use computerized work-order systems.
• Ability to read and understand equipment manuals, maintenance procedures, and basic technical documentation.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional attitude and strong customer-service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Commercial Building Engineer, Building Engineer, Facility Engineer, Facilities Technician, or Chief Engineer.
• Experience in large commercial office buildings, corporate campuses, distribution facilities, hospitals, hotels, data centers, or industrial facilities.
• HVAC certification or trade license.
• Electrical, plumbing, or mechanical certification.
• EPA 608 certification.
• Experience with Building Automation Systems (Client/Client).
• Experience with CMMS/work-order management systems.
• Experience supporting building commissioning or construction-to-operations transition.
• Experience working with contractors and outside service providers.
• OSHA or safety training.
