Work Schedule

This is an 8-hour per day position, 5 days per week; start time may vary depending on assigned work area and buildings schedule.

Chief Engineer, Building Engineer, Lead Buildings and Grounds Worker, Operations Lead, Building Principal, Director of Operations, Facilities Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Facilities Coordinator

Rate Of Pay

$24.94 - $25.68 per the 2023-2025 salary schedule

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent. 2nd Class Boiler License. Able to effectively communicate both orally and written and work with staff, teachers, administrators and employees. Able to read and interpret building blueprints. Knowledge of standard safety procedures. Demonstrated ability to plan, assign and direct work of others. Demonstrated ability to trouble shoot and perform diagnostics on mechanical systems. Demonstrated ability to maintain, adjust and repair mechanical and auxiliary equipment. Demonstrated ability operating building control systems including Direct Digital Controls (DDC). Must have the ability and proven record of reporting to work on a regular and punctual basis. Valid drivers license may be required.
