Summary:
This position IS PERFECT for a Jack or Jill of All Trades, and someone who likes a variety in what they do as no two days are ever the same. The role involves working with clients, subcontractors, and team members to quickly resolve issues through communication, coordination, and problem-solving. The department provides 24/7 on-call support and helps distinguish emergency situations from routine warranty requests.
This role requires strong attention to detail and problem solving.
Candidates must have construction experience, mechanical aptitude, strong computer skills, and the ability to solve problems effectively. Clear communication, accurate documentation, and professionalism are essential. Travel, including occasional overnight stays, is required.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Perform repairs ranging from electrical, plumbing, carpentry to door adjustments.
* Address client concerns and assist in resolving complex warranty, design, or construction issues.
* Conduct site visits to build construction knowledge and identify opportunities to reduce future warranty issues.
* Coordinate and attend 1- and 2-year client walkthroughs with project team members.
* Learn and follow warranty, owner training, and O&M procedures.
* Complete various training courses on company systems and software.
* Provide feedback on design and construction issues to improve processes and reduce recurring problems.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, ACC Forma, Bluebeam.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to satisfy clients in difficult situations without negatively representing the company
* Ability to read and understand blueprints.
* Ability to collaborate with project teams to understand issues and outstanding work prior to team demobilization.
* Commitment to continuous learning.
* A valid Driver"s License and a clean driving record are required.
