We are seeking a skilled technician to perform a variety of construction, repair, and maintenance activities. This role is essential in maintaining the safety, efficiency, and compliance of our facility operations.
Key Responsibilities
Perform construction tasks such as carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, and minor structural repairs.
Conduct routine maintenance and corrective repairs.
Install, repair, and maintain building fixtures, doors, walls, and ceilings.

Read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Minimum of 2–5 years of experience in construction or building maintenance.
Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and building systems.
Strong understanding of workplace safety practices.
Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment safely.
Preferences
Technical or trade certification.
Ability to speak English and Spanish.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
