Are you a hands-on problem solver with a knack for repairs and an eye for detail? We're seeking a reliable and self-motivated Maintenance Technician to help a local property management business keep properties in tip-top shape and ensure an exceptional living experience for residents.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform general repairs across multiple properties (e.g., doors, light fixtures, minor plumbing).
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including landscaping and pulling weeds.
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety across common areas.
  • Report any property damage or major repair needs to management.

Pay is $22/hr DOE
