Schedule: Monday Friday, 7: 00 AM 3: 30 PM;hours may vary

Are you a hands-on maintenance professional with plumbing experience? We re hiring a Building/Grounds Maintenance employee for a manufacturing facility in Hastings. This temp-to-hire opportunity offers a steady weekday schedule and excellent benefits once hired on permanently.

This position focuses primarily on building maintenance, repairs and facility projects rather than traditional lawn or grounds care.
Responsibilities

• 
  Assist with general building maintenance and repairs
  
• 
  Complete remodeling and facility improvement projects
  
• 
  Perform basic plumbing-related maintenance and repairs
  
• 
  Help troubleshoot and address general facility maintenance needs
  
• 
  Perform occasional janitorial duties as needed
  
• 
  Operate equipment such as a sweeper
  
• 
  Assist with snow removal, including blading the parking lot
  
• 
  Maintain a safe, clean and organized work environment
  
• 
  Complete other maintenance projects as assigned
  

Qualifications

• 
  Plumbing experience required
  
• 
  Valid Nebraska driver's license required
  
• 
  General maintenance or building repair experience preferred
  
• 
  Comfortable using hand and power tools
  
• 
  Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  
• 
  Dependable and willing to assist with a variety of maintenance projects
