Job Description

ABM is seeking a highly organized, customer-focused Building Liaison to serve as the primary connection between building occupants, Facilities Management, Security, EHS, and service partners. This role ensures a safe, efficient, and positive workplace experience by coordinating daily operations, communicating service impacts, and helping maintain a high standard of building performance.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the on-site single point of contact for building occupants.
  • Respond to comfort issues, inquiries, and workplace concerns.
  • Conduct routine floor walks and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Manage and triage service tickets in the CMMS system.
  • Coordinate with facilities technicians, custodial teams, vendors, and security.
  • Support planned maintenance, events, executive visits, and room readiness.
  • Assist with emergency response communication and coordination.
  • Enforce building policies, safety standards, and access requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records, dashboards, and reporting logs.
Qualifications
  • Experience in Facilities, Workplace Experience, Hospitality, or similar.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage fast-paced environments.
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems (Corrigo, ServiceNow, Maximo, etc.).
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills.
  • Experience in corporate office or multi-tenant buildings.
  • Familiarity with EHS, security, or contractor/vendor coordination.
  • Ability to interpret floor plans and occupancy maps.
