Role and Responsibilities

Building Maintenance Assistant-The primary job responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, assisting with building, plant, and other maintenance. Specific duties include general maintenance, light construction and plumbing, various building projects, assisting with production maintenance projects, and cleaning and maintenance of equipment. Other duties as assigned. This position reports directly to the Building Maintenance Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Qualified applicants must successfully pass a post-offer conditional Drug Screen. Must be able to read, write, and speak English, and possess the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions. Previous construction, mechanical, or maintenance experience is preferred. Must have the ability to recognize, correct and report safety hazards. Must be willing to live and work in a multi-cultural environment
