Position Title: Building Maintenance Technician
Location: Wilton, CT

Pay Rate: $36/hr
Position Description:
Join our team as a Building Maintenance Technician and play a vital role in ensuring top operational efficiency of our client's facility. This on-site contract-to-hire role offers a dynamic environment where you'll perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and HVAC systems, and conduct general building repairs. You'll utilize your multi-skilled expertise to diagnose issues, document work in our CMMS, and maintain a safe, clean work environment. Be part of a collaborative team dedicated to maintaining high standards and operational excellence in a fast-paced setting.
Top Requirements:
- 5+ years of mechanical maintenance experience, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general building repairs
- Proficiency with CMMS and work order documentation
- Valid driver's license
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to read and interpret instructions and technical documents
- Excellent communication skills and team-oriented mindset
