Building Maintenance Helper
We are seeking a dependable and versatile Building Maintenance Helper to join our team. In this role, you will provide hands-on support across multiple departments throughout the facility, ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the maintenance department with general upkeep and repairs
Supporting cleaning crews with janitorial and sanitation tasks throughout the building
Helping construction or renovation teams as needed with light labor and material handling
Responding to requests from various departments for general assistance and support
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment at all times
Performing other duties as assigned based on the needs of the facility
What We’re Looking For:
Ability to work across departments and adapt to changing daily tasks
Reliable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude
Basic knowledge of maintenance, cleaning, or construction is a plus
Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical labor for extended periods
Strong communication skills and willingness to take direction
