Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in various areas of the facility, including offices, restrooms, and common areas.
• Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and efficiently.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and report any issues to management.
• Assist with setting up and taking down furniture for events and meetings.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed.
• Follow established safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in janitorial or building maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required.
• Flexible schedule and availability for occasional overtime or weekend work.
