Looking for a self-motivated, hardworking, and trustworthy individual to oversee the maintenance of our building and grounds. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the cleaning, repair, and maintenance of the building and grounds.
Duties:
- Perform minor carpentry work as required to repair windows, doors, hardware, screens, and furniture.
- Perform maintenance and minor repair of electrical fixtures, plumbing, and appliances as required, e.g., fans, emergency and exit lights, etc.
- Perform preventive maintenance functions and measures for building, equipment, and grounds.
- Observe and report any defects, deterioration, and wear and tear promptly; verbally communicate emergencies that involve major repairs to management.
- Inspect facilities on a routine basis to ensure that deficiencies are corrected.
- Fix potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
- Perform landscaping duties as required.
Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of related experience.
- The ability to work independently with little supervision.
- Organized and detail-oriented.
- Willingness to work in different environments, including outdoors.
