USD Facilities Management is seeking a qualified Building Maintenance Technician. This position will be responsible for over night maintenance of USD HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical systems and providing a general response for service requests across all of campus. Duties will include general HVAC, Plumbing, and Electrical preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and repairs; steam boiler operations and performance monitoring during the heating season. This position will be responsible for urgent response to campus emergencies and urgent issues after regular business hours, with a varying degree of skill required.
Previous experience with commercial HVAC / boiler operations and maintenance is preferred, but not required.
Working Hours: 11:30PM to 8:00AM
Working Days: Friday Night to Wednesday Morning
