
POSITION SUMMARY The Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day maintenance operations requirements of all RUPCO owned or managed properties. The Maintenance Technician reports directly to the Director of Facilities. This is a full-time hourly position (4-day work week; 32 hours).
