Pay Range: $22.10 - 27.40 Hourly

The scheduled hours for the role are Sunday through Thursday from 2:30-11:00pm, with Fridays and Saturdays OFF!

Job Duties: A Day in the Life

Maintain Perform basic repairs and maintenance on electrical, plumbing, carpentry including: lighting, drywall, painting and door hardwareMonitor Complete preventative maintenance, inspections, and basic repairs for HVAC and fire suppression systems throughout the propertyPlan Conduct daily property inspections to include, roofs, restrooms, lighting, signage, and service yardsAssist Support the set up and tear down of event spacesSafety Inspect, maintain and service exterior systems and equipment and perform seasonal snow removal and ice treatment

High School Diploma or GED preferred1 year building maintenance, custodial, general or labor experience requiredTechnical or trade school classes in related field requiredValid driver's license and acceptable driving record requiredBasic carpentry skills preferredPainting skills preferredBasic electrical knowledge preferredPlumbing knowledge preferredAbility to work night, weekend and/or early morning hours based on business needsPre-employment screening includes, but isn't limited to, motor vehicle records and criminal background check
