Building Maintenance Tech

Job Description

We are in need of an Experienced Building Maintenance Individual to handle all-around facility maintenance. Based out of our Shelby Township facility, this candidate must be fine with traveling to our Detroit location as needed.

Note: Position is based in Shelby Township, MI with travel to Detroit.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance tasks.
• Handle general flooring repairs and maintenance.
• Perform woodwork and general carpentry as needed.
• Apply strong mechanical inclination to troubleshoot and maintain building equipment.
• Travel between the Shelby Township and Detroit facilities to support maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Proven all-around experience in building maintenance.
• Solid skills in general flooring, woodwork, and mechanical tasks.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to the Detroit location.

Required Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude and practical hands-on skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage daily upkeep tasks.
