Anderson Automotive Group has an amazing opportunity available for a Building Maintenance Technician at our Fred Anderson Toyota of Charleston, South Carolina location to join our ever-growing company! This individual will be responsible for multiple dealership facilities.

What we are looking for

• Someone with the ability to ensure a productive environment to enable the delivery of various facility services
• Strong hands-on ability to directly perform and assist with onsite repairs for the dealership
• A self-starter who can manage their daily tasks and time efficiently
• Assist our senior facility manager at other locations as needed
• Develop and maintain appropriate relationships with key employees, management and outside vendors, while being heavily involved in hands-on maintenance
• Has continued focus and communication with housekeeping to ensure service levels are met
• Conduct regular inspection tours of all buildings, equipment and systems
• Assists in special event setup and activities
• Other duties as assigned by General Manager
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable motor vehicle record is required
• Highschool diploma or equivalent

• Organization: A master of organization with tasks within multiple software’s such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Gmail/email for assigned tasks, work orders and events held at locations.
