Schedule Advisement: Thursday-Sunday, 5:00 PM-4:00 AM ET
On-Call Rotation: Required. Responsibilities for on-call support ensure business continuity as well as respond to emergency or critical operational needs outside of normal working hours.
Perform preventative/predictive maintenance on, troubleshoot, repair, install and operate various types of HVAC-related equipment, emergency generators, and general building mechanical, electrical and plumbing equipment and systems in accordance with industry standards and mechanical, electrical, plumbing and building codes.

Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience: Minimum two (2) years of experience as a Building Maintenance Technician B; (Or) at least three (3) years equivalent experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or carpentry.

The Physical Demand Level for this job is: M – Medium Work: Exerting 20 to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently, and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects. Physical demand requirements are in excess of those for Light Work.
