Building Maintenance Technician
Pay: $20 - $25/hour (Based on Experience)
Full Time | Days | 7:30am - 3:30pm with Flexibility!
Masonic Village at Dallas - is immediately hiring a Building Maintenance Technician.
What You Need as a Building Maintenance Technician:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Three or more years' working experience as a maintenance technician preferred.
- Vocational or technical school training in general maintenance is beneficial.
- Knowledge of plumbing and electrical codes.
- Any equivalent combination of experience, training or education.
- Valid Pennsylvania's Driver's license.
Our Building Maintenance Technician is responsible for the following:
- Perform general facility maintenance including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, and repair work
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plumbing, HVAC, refrigeration, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Perform preventative maintenance and testing on equipment, including emergency generators
- Respond to on-call maintenance needs as scheduled
- Complete work orders, maintenance records, and material requisitions accurately
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas
- Utilize energy management systems and document repairs/updates as needed
- Assist with installations and major repairs of facility equipment and systems
- Attend training and educational programs to maintain professional growth.
